Meet Our Chef

Our Jordan-June-2010Executive Chef Jordan Hargreaves has a life long love affair with food. Really, that's why we picked him... A classic example of his philosophy is "laughter is brightest where food is best” with fresh quality ingredients, meticulous preparation in comfortable and informal surroundings. A kitchen veteran since age of 17 his experience ranges from Vancouver’s most popular venues to overseas ventures. Jordan insists on using fresh and local organic ingredients.

An honor graduate of the 1999 Culinary Arts Program at VCC, one of the most highly respected industry training programs in the country. Since bringing Jordan on board in 2008 we are very satisfied to what he brings to the table, constantly creating new ideas for our fresh sheets and our seasonal menu.
